We are a technological innovation company in the food industry. We found a method and solution in the beer industry that produces healthy foods, while protecting the planet from further air pollution.

Through a centrifugation and drying process, we transform brewer's grain (which is largely discarded, having a negative environmental impact) into superfoods.

WHAT IS IT AND WHAT DO WE DO WITH BAGASSE?

 

Bagasse represents 85% of all waste produced by the brewing industry; its rapid decomposition generates highly polluting methane gas. Normally this waste is disposed of in landfills or used to feed livestock (cows or pigs), but there is no treatment or large-scale industrial process that eliminates its impact on the environment.

Our industrial plant is the first factory to recover it on a large scale, transforming it into a new material: Bagasse Flour, a flour with a high nutritional base that contains proteins, starches, fibers and lignins that can be converted into foods suitable for human consumption, as well as animal feed.
